Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final cost, with no additional handling or service fees applied.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on a business day will enter processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 – 8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 6 to 11 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. If you do not receive this information within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
